FAQ

  • WHEN WILL MORE PHOTOS BE ADDED?

We are always working to bring you more photos. Check back often for any updates or new arrivals!

  • Why print on archival paper?

We print on archival paper to ensure your artwork lasts a lifetime! Archival paper is acid-free and designed to resist fading, yellowing, and deterioration over time. It holds color and detail beautifully, making it ideal for preserving the rich tones and clarity of our photography. Whether you're decorating your home or collecting art, archival paper helps ensure your print stays as stunning as the day you received it.

  • Are prints sold framed or unframed?

All photo prints are sold unframed to give you the freedom to choose a frame that best fits your personal style and space. This also helps keep shipping costs lower and reduces the risk of damage in transit. We recommend using archival-quality mats and UV-protective glass when framing to preserve the longevity and vibrancy of your print.

  • Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in a specific scene, size, or finish, we’re happy to discuss custom options. For any inquiries please visit the “Contact” page.

  • How are prints packaged and shipped?

All prints are carefully rolled in protective paper to prevent ink transfer, then placed in sturdy triangular shipping tubes. This packaging method ensures your print arrives in excellent condition, with no creases or damage during transit. We do not use round tubes, which can roll or crush more easily in shipping.

  • How should I care for my print?

To properly care for a photo print on archival paper, handle it with clean, dry hands to avoid oils or fingerprints on the print. Store the print in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. When framing, use acid-free mats and UV-protective glass or acrylic to best preserve color and detail. Avoid placing the print in areas with constant light exposure, such as near windows or under strong artificial lighting. With proper care, your archival print can maintain its vibrancy and integrity for years to come.

  • What is your return policy?

We’ll gladly send a new print at no additional cost. For any return or replacement inquiries, reach out directly at carajkphotography@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
